The Administrative Services Department of the City of Banning consists of:

Each of these divisions in turn has several sub-functions. Please refer to the links on the left for the information contained in this section.
For any account related questions or needs including new service applications, please contact city staff by phone or email. For new service connections, staff will obtain the necessary information from the new customer and use alternative means to get the required documentation and process complete to quickly set up new services. Please call Utility Billing and Customer Support at 951-922-3185 to start the process. The City has suspended water and electric shut offs and will not be imposing late payment penalty fees on accounts at this time, while the community adjusts to the impacts of coronavirus.
Payments on accounts can made online or by utilizing the payment drop box in the drive through area located at the rear parking area at City Hall, 99 E. Ramsey Street.
