Banning Electric Utility

Banning Electric Utility’s rates are among the lowest in the region, and are significantly lower than Southern California Edison’s.  The Utility assesses fees for services performed by Electric Utility staff.  The amount of these fees is determined based on the actual cost to perform each service, and are reviewed periodically to ensure accuracy.
