The City of Banning’s Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Annual Storm Water Permit, inspecting, monitoring, and reporting storm water activity, and educating the City’s staff about stormwater pollution prevention.
