The Sun Lakes Specific Plan includes 47 acres of vacant commercial land located north of the Sun Lakes residential subdivision and south of Interstate 10.  This prime commercial acreage is located immediately east of the Albertson's/K-Mart Shopping Plaza on Highland Springs Avenue.  Current plans for this acreage envision a new auto mall along the freeway and medical offices along Sun Lakes Boulevard.

Banning Business Center

The Banning Business Center is a new business park that will offer condominium space to office, light manufacturing and service retail users.
