Engineering & Planning

The City of Banning’s Electric Engineering & Planning division reviews and constructs improvements for various residential, commercial and industrial development projects, and manages the construction of the City’s electric infrastructure improvements that compliment the strategy within our capital improvement program.

Our team of experienced engineers and planners plan and coordinate most aspects from design to construction. We develop complex engineering studies, estimate construction costs for future projects, manage project schedules, prepare and review engineering plans and coordinate with City of Banning residents, staff and other government agencies.
