On September 11, 2018, under Resolution 2018-110, City Council approved the implementation of rate adjustments to occur July 1st of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. The method for adjusting rates is based on the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario Consumer Price Index for the March to March period immediately preceding the effective date of the rate adjustment and/or by the adjustment in tipping fees established by the Riverside County Waste Management Department.
