• If your business is physically located within the city limits of Banning, please complete the required forms in the Business Tax Certificate Packet.
• If your business is located outside of the city limits, please complete only the Business Tax Certificate Application.
• If you operate a business from your home that is located within the City of Banning, please complete the required forms in the Home Occupation - Business Tax Certificate Packet.
