Five-Year Implementation Plan for 2005-2009

California Redevelopment law requires a Redevelopment Agency to prepare an implementation plan in 5-year cycles that describes the following:
  • Specific Agency goals and objectives for the project area(s)
  • Anticipated programs and projects
  • Income projections
  • Estimated expenditures to be made during the next 5 years
  • Projected expenditures from the housing fund and the amount of these funds to be used for very low income and senior citizen housing
